Tishani is a Registered Massage Therapist that graduated from Humber College with an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy. She has a passion to provide patient-centred care, education, wellness and rehabilitation to her clients. Her goals are to provide tangible functional changes and improved pain management skills.

Tishani specializes in various technique’s including Swedish Massage, therapeutic exercise and hydrotherapy modalities. She looks forwards to meeting you and supporting you along your healthcare journey.

Cassie is a Registered Kinesiologist with a passion for helping people reach their health and fitness goals through holistic means. Cassie holds a Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from Brock University. Then wishing to continue her education and gain more practical experience Cassie completed the Post-Graduate Exercise Science & Lifestyle Management program at Humber College, and graduated with honours. While at Humber, she had the opportunity to complete an internship at NeuroChangers, and loved it so much she never left! To date Cassie has additional certifications in Kinesio-Taping, Soft Tissue Release, HeartWise Exercise certification, Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness Specialist, and is a certified PoNS trainer. In an effort to expand her knowledge, Cassie is also currently enrolled in a holistic nutrition program.

In her free time Cassie can be found playing with her family pets, baking or trying to fit some yoga or hiking into her day.

Matt is a graduate of McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario where he received his Master’s degree in Physiotherapy. He continued his post-graduate education in orthopedic manual therapy for the treatment of spinal and peripheral joint dysfunction, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Matt is Titleist Performance Institute Certified to assess/treat golfers trying to improve their game or recover from a golf injury. In addition to his advanced training in orthopedics, Matt has training in concussion management, PoNS Therapy for balance dysfunction, and medical acupuncture. Matt is one of the founders of Aim2Walk’s Neurochangers and currently works at both Whitby locations (Abilities Centre and Stellar Drive).
