Jaime graduated from York University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Athletic Therapy, and later earned his Diploma in Massage Therapy from Trillium College. With a passion for human performance, Jaime integrates manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and education to help clients recover from pain and optimize movement. His goal-oriented approach allows him to effectively address a wide range of conditions - from orthopaedic and sports-related injuries to chronic aches and everyday discomfort.

Jaime’s experience includes working with athletes across multiple sports and levels of competition. He currently serves as the Head Athletic Therapist for Okanagan Hockey Ontario, a prep academy for elite-level hockey players.

Outside the clinic, Jaime stays active through basketball and weightlifting, and enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is a strong believer in achieving personal wellbeing through both physical and mental health.

Erin graduated from Saxion University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands with a Bachelors of Physiotherapy degree. She skillfully provides her patients the tools they need to help them recover or manage the issue they are coming in for. Erin likes to work together to come up with the treatment that works best for her clients, with personalized exercise plans so that they are motivated to have the best recovery possible! Dr. Mariusz is the current clinic director at both of our Whitby locations. He is a graduate of AECC University College in Bournemouth, England where he received his Master’s degree in Chiropractic with First Class Honors. Prior to that, he graduated from UOIT with a Bachelor of Health Science, specializing in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. During his time at UOIT he had the opportunity to be an athletic therapist student trainer where he treated and traveled with the varsity men’s soccer team. While completing his chiropractic degree in England, Mariusz had the opportunity to work as an intern for the English Premier League football club AFC Bournemouth, where he treated academy, Under-21, and first team players. Upon returning to Canada he was the team doctor for Okanagan Hockey Academy in Whitby where he traveled with the team providing chiropractic, rehabilitation, and first aid care.

Dr. Mariusz prides himself in his evidence-based approach and belief in the importance of exercise. He understands each patient is different and therefore he uses a variety of treatment methods based on the individual’s goals and needs. Dr. Mariusz uses a diversified adjustment technique and is certified in acupuncture/dry needling, concussion management, IASTM, cupping therapy, K-Taping and many more. Matt is a graduate of McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario where he received his Master’s degree in Physiotherapy. He continued his post-graduate education in orthopedic manual therapy for the treatment of spinal and peripheral joint dysfunction, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Matt is Titleist Performance Institute Certified to assess/treat golfers trying to improve their game or recover from a golf injury. In addition to his advanced training in orthopedics, Matt has training in concussion management, PoNS Therapy for balance dysfunction, and medical acupuncture. Matt is one of the founders of Aim2Walk’s Neurochangers and currently works at both Whitby locations (Abilities Centre and Stellar Drive).
